Sample concept, not a client project

A client portal. An intake form with uploads. A job board your crew can use on a phone. If you’re running it on spreadsheets, email and memory, it’s probably a web app.
What you get depends on how many kinds of users there are, what they can do, how much it connects to other systems and how much gets built the first time. That’s what discovery is for.
Prices in CAD, before applicable taxes.
Discovery is $1,500 and takes 1 to 2 weeks. You get a written plan: what the app does, who uses it, what’s in the first version and what waits, and a proper quote for the build.
If you sign the build within 60 days, the $1,500 comes off the price. If you don’t, the plan is still yours to keep and use.
Intake forms and document sharing for a fictional physio clinic. It’s a sample, it does not handle real patient data, and we’re not making health-privacy claims about it.

We build with logins, restricted access by role, and HTTPS. We don’t ask you to send passwords over email. We set accounts up under your ownership where we can, so the keys end up in your hands.
No online system is perfectly secure, and we won’t tell you yours is. What we will do is tell you what we built and what we’d watch.
Someone who knows how the work happens today and can say what’s wrong with it. Examples of the forms, spreadsheets or emails you use now. A decision-maker who can approve scope.
After final payment you own the custom code we write for you. Third-party and open-source parts stay under their own licences. Hosting, domains and other accounts are belong to you where possible, and we write down how it all fits together so the next developer, whoever that is, isn’t guessing.

Not sure it’s an app? Say so on the form. We’ll tell you if a website and an integration would do the job for less.
