An online store for a small catalogue

Dozens of products, not tens of thousands. Built on Shopify or WooCommerce, with a setup you can run yourself once it’s live.

Who this fits, and who it doesn’t

Fits

A small catalogue, a handful of product types, a few orders a day, an owner who wants to add products without calling anyone.

Doesn’t fit

Huge catalogues, custom wholesale systems, Shopify Plus scale.

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify

How it works
You rent a platform. Hosting and security updates are theirs.
Good when
You want to sell and not think about servers.
Costs outside our build
A monthly platform subscription, plus payment processor fees.
Care
Fewer updates to manage.

WooCommerce

How it works
You run the store on your own site. More control, more to look after.
Good when
You want it tied closely to your own website or need unusual customization.
Costs outside our build
Hosting, plus plugin licences where needed, plus payment processor fees.
Care
Regular updates matter, and that’s what a care plan is for.

We’ll tell you which we’d pick for your store, and why.

From $6,500

Includes setting up the store, product structure, payments, shipping options, the pages that make it a shop and a handover so you can add products. We’ll load an agreed number of products as part of the job.

Prices in CAD, before applicable taxes.

Outside costs
Platform subscription, payment processor fees, hosting and plugins where they apply. You pay those directly.
What pushes it up
A large catalogue, lots of variants, custom checkout rules, subscriptions, connecting to accounting or stock systems.

Adding products is yours to do

We show you how at handover. Name, photos, price, publish. If you want us to do it, that’s an hourly change or part of a care plan.

Before the store goes live

We set up the tax settings you tell us to use. Your accountant decides what applies to your business. Then we place test orders, check emails and confirm the payment setup works.

  • Test order, start to finish
  • Shipping and pickup options
  • Order and receipt emails
  • Pages for returns and contact

After launch

Stores have more moving parts than brochure sites. A care plan covers updates, backups and monitoring, plus hours for changes.
