We check your site and keep backups. We can’t guarantee against every outage or data loss.
What’s an hour of changes?
Roughly, an hour is the sort of thing you’d ask a friend who knew the site.
- Update your opening hours on three pages.
- Swap in a new hero image and fix the text next to it.
- Add a staff member to the About page.
- Change what an email form says and where it goes.
Unused hours don’t carry over to the next month.
Not an hour: a new page template, a new booking flow, a redesign. Those are quoted.
Which one?
- Essentials
- suits a simple site that rarely changes but shouldn’t be left to rot.
- Standard
- suits a site that changes now and then, or a store, where you’d like a monthly note on how it’s doing.
- Active
- suits something people rely on every day, like a portal, and gets looked at ahead of the queue.
When you use up the hours
Anything beyond your plan’s hours is $120/h, quoted before we start, same as anywhere else.
We didn’t build your site. Can we look after it?
Possibly. We start with a look at what’s there, and if it needs more than care, we’ll say so. A full rescue audit is $1,200 flat.
Hosting
Hosting is a separate line on the proposal, so you can see what it costs and where it lives. Domains and hosting are belong to you where possible.
Stopping
Care plans renew monthly. Cancel with 30 days’ written notice. We’ll hand over what you need to carry on elsewhere.
